On Tuesday, March 14, Senate Bill 418, “The Personal and Family Protection Act,” passed the Kansas House of Representatives by a vote of 90 to 33! This important legislation, sponsored by Senator Phil Journey (R-26), was then approved by the Senate on a vote of 30-11 the next day, Wednesday, March 15. SB 418 is now on the Governor’s desk.
