Last month, Governor Rick Scott issued an Executive Order authorizing the Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission to lower the price for a Lifetime Sportsman's License for a 5 to 21 year old for $500 rather than the normal price of $1,000 for limited time during the Holidays.

This special price is for a limited time only (Nov. 24th - December 31, 2014).

The Lifetime Sportsman's License includes Hunting, Freshwater Fishing and Saltwater Fishing licenses; and Deer, Wildlife Management Area, Archery, Muzzleloading Gun, Crossbow, Turkey, Florida Waterfowl, Snook and Lobster permits.

A Lifetime Sportsman’s License allows fishing and hunting in Florida for the rest of the license holder’s life, even if that person is no longer a resident of the state.

SPECIAL UPGRADE OPPORTUNITY

If a person, age 5 to 21 years old already has a Lifetime hunting, freshwater fishing or salt water fishing license he/she can upgrade their Lifetime licenses to a Lifetime Sportsman's License.

Upgrades may be purchased at a Tax Collector’s office or via phone at 888-347-4356.

To purchase online, the upgrades are not located in the package grid as the promotional sportsman is.  Customers will need to select Purchase a License and the upgrade option is located in the Lifetime Section.
