How can you help pass pro-gun legislation in West Virginia?

Are you interested in learning how you can help us pass pro-gun legislation in West Virginia? This October, join NRA-ILA staff and your local lawmakers for an informative meeting on how to become a stronger advocate for our Second Amendment rights. Your lawmakers want to hear from you, let us teach you how.  Be sure to RSVP today though, as space will be limited!

As you are probably aware, Governor Tomblin vetoed Senate Bill 347 earlier this year, which would have allowed for West Virginia residents to carry a concealed firearm without a permit. Despite strong bipartisan support for SB 347, anti-gun extremists, including out-of-staters like former NY Mayor Michael Bloomberg, were able to pressure Governor Tomblin into vetoing this bill.

Fortunately, we will have additional opportunities to protect our Second Amendment rights in West Virginia!  And the key to success will be an informed pro-gun community that develops relationships with state legislators.

In an effort to combat these increasingly aggressive attacks on our rights and to enhance your effectiveness as an activist, NRA-ILA's Grassroots Division is hosting a number of free meetings.

At these FREE meetings you will learn how you can actively assist with our mutual efforts to protect our gun rights in West Virginia! Those who participate will receive complimentary NRA items. We will also be providing light refreshments!

If you are unable to attend one of these meetings, but are willing to assist with our grassroots efforts, please contact Lexy Higgins at: [email protected] or (703)-267-1183.
