URGENT: Pennsylvania House Judiciary Committee Scheduled to Vote on “Lost or Stolen” Legislation!

Please Contact the Members of the House Judiciary Committee TODAY!

House Bill 29, Pennsylvania’s "Lost or Stolen Firearms” Legislation, introduced by State Representative Jewell Williams (D-197), could be voted on by the House Judiciary Committee as early as tomorrow, Tuesday, June 26.  

The proposal would make it a crime to fail to report the loss or theft of a firearm to police within 24 hours of discovering the firearm missing.   

It is imperative that you contact the members of the House Judiciary Committee TODAY to strongly encourage them to OPPOSE HB 29!
