In a Fort Worth, Tex., parking lot, an elderly woman was bowled over by a man who charged from behind and snatched her purse. Witnessing the mugging from their vehicles, Joseph DeLeon and Don Van Bibber each grabbed a gun and cornered the purse-snatcher. Police arrived to find the suspect spread-eagled on the ground.
