Previous break-ins at his Germantown, Pa., home prepared Mark Robin for an early morning burglary attempt. Firing his revolver, 49-year-old Robin sent the intruder to flight. Police arrested a wounded suspect who was later charged with burglary, criminal trespass and attempted theft.
