REPORT ON HB-449 and SB-412, two bills which would stop governments from filing frivolous and reckless lawsuits against gun manufacturers

Anti-gun Democrats have also filed 5 gun-control amendments to try to put on HB-449 on the floor when the bill does comes up. The House will not meet again in Session until Monday afternoon April 16, 2001.

HB-449 by Rep. Allan Bense, Rep. Jerry Paul & others is the HOUSE bill to stop governments from filing frivolous and reckless lawsuits against gun manufacturers. [Full summary below]
