Los Angeles Handgun Taskforce Report

The following letter which was submitted to the Los Angeles City Council by Councilmember Cindy Miscikowski outlines the main provisions of her proposal to combine the Hernandez and Feuer ammunition licensing and ammunition ban proposals and will be presented for the consideration on Wednesday, March 28th at the City Council Meeting in Room 300 at 10:00. There is no ordinance drafted as of yet. The measure will require, among other things, a yearly permit be issued just so that you can purchase ammunition. Please call your City Councilmember to voice your opposition.
