Two important pieces of Second Amendment legislation are currently making their way through the West Virginia House of Delegates.

House Bill 2348, NRA-backed legislation that would protect your right to self-defense by prohibiting the suspension of your Second Amendment freedoms during a state of emergency will be up for a final vote on the House floor tomorrow.

House Bill 3074, would amend reciprocity requirements as well as authorize the Attorney General to execute reciprocity agreements with other states pertaining to the recognition of permits to carry concealed handguns. HB3074 will likely be on the House floor very soon.

Please contact your State Delegate today at (304) 340-3200 and encourage him or her to support and vote for HB2348 and HB3074!
