Your State Senator Needs To Hear From You Today!
On February 10, the Senate Judiciary Committee passed Senate Bill 43 with an overwhelming vote of 8 to 2. Now over a month later the Senate has still not scheduled SB 43 for a floor vote!
SB 43, sponsored by Senator Chip Rogers (R-21), would protect the Second Amendment rights of law-abiding gun owners to possess firearms in their locked motor vehicles on an employer’s property and would provide businesses with immunity from civil liability for the unforeseen actions of third parties.
Big business is pressuring your State Senator to hold hostage our right to keep and bear arms and our right to self-defense!
Please contact your State Senator today and urge him or her to allow SB 43 to come up for a Senate floor vote and to vote “YES” on protecting our Second Amendment rights!
Please make this important phone call today!
