The Florida Senate Judiciary Committee Passes “Individual Personal Private Property Protection” legislation!

Tuesday, April 10, 2007

Senate Bill 2356, sponsored by Senator Durell Peaden (R-2), passed the Senate Judiciary Committee with a vote of 8 to 3!

SB 2356 would protect employees and customers from having their private vehicles searched and protects against punitive action by anti-gun business owners who would deny you your right to have a firearm in your car for personal protection and other lawful purposes.

Your email and phone calls were vital to this overwhelming vote for our constitutional rights.

Please email members of the Senate Criminal Justice Committee and thank them for protecting your personal private property rights and your right to keep and bear arms by supporting SB 2356 sponsored by Senator Durell Peaden (R-2).  It is important for them to know we appreciate their support.
