“Castle Doctrine” Bill Being Assembled by West Virginia Senate!

Every member of the Senate cosponsored the original bill, however, the language was not clearly enough written to be passed through. The NRA has been working closely with the bill’s drafters to get the best possible language and the full support of the West Virginia legislature.
A hearing will be held by the Senate Judiciary Committee on Tuesday, February 12 to introduce the new language.
