Yesterday, the Joint Committee on Legislative Facilities voted 8-3 to take away our Second Amendment rights while in the State Capitol complex. In 2008, the legislature voted down similar legislation overwhelmingly. Unfortunately this week, a handful of legislators passed a regulation in committee and created this new “victim zone” without notice.
