Introduced by state Representative Mike Pitts (R-14), H. 3930 would remove the requirement to obtain a concealed weapons permit (CWP) in order to lawfully carry a firearm. H. 3930 would also make the current permitting system optional to allow citizens to obtain a CWP and take advantage of reciprocity agreements with other states.
