California: Draft "Assault Weapon" Regulation Language Now Available

Today, May 18, a draft copy of the "Assault Weapon" regulations has been made available and can be viewed by clicking here. As was previously reported draft regulations were submitted to the Office of Administrative Law (OAL) on May 15, as "file and print only" and DOJ refused to release the text.  

The NRA's legal team has begun reviewing these draft regulations and will prepare an analysis.  This analysis will be available in the coming days and a webinar will be held on Thursday, May 25 at 12:00 pm (PT).  To pre-register for the webinar click here.  In the meantime, continue to check your inbox and the California Stand and Fight Website for updates.
