 SO-CALLED “GUN SHOW LOOPHOLE”

The Leon County Commission will only hold ONE (1) public hearing before voting on adoption of this gun control ordinance. 

 
PLEASE ATTEND THE HEARING!!!  Go early and sign in to speak

There is no “Gun Show Loophole.”  It’s a gun control ordinance to 
impose a 5-day waiting period on ALL FIREARMS and to mandate a background check on ALL FIREARM PRIVATE SALES &PURCHASES when any part of the transaction is conducted on any property to which the public has the right of access.
