Nevada: Bloomberg Background Check Bill Finally Introduced, Hearing Tomorrow!

Today, the much anticipated bill to “fix” the flawed background check initiative from the 2016 election was introduced.  It is now Senate Bill 143. As previously reported, a joint judiciary committee hearing has been scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, February 12th at 8:00AM in Carson City.  Please contact members of the committee as well as your state legislators and urge them to oppose SB 143!  Click the “Take Action” button below to contact your state legislators.
