Today, the Senate is scheduled to vote on Senate Bill 6. This bill makes revisions to the red flag laws passed during the 2019 session, including language to more than double the duration that authorities can keep firearms after a “red flag” order expires. Please contact your senator and ask them to OPPOSE SB 6.
