Second Amendment rights are under attack once again in Delaware. Senate Bill 6, to ban most magazines in common-use, and Senate Bill 3, to impose Maryland-style handgun licensing and registration, are still moving through the legislative process in the Delaware House of Representatives.
Please join with other law-abiding gun owners and the Delaware State Sportsmen’s Association on May 8th in Dover, for the Right to Keep and Bear Arms Rally. Your presence will remind elected lawmakers that their job is to protect your constitutional rights, not to cave to anti-gun extremists.
