NRA-ILA Grassroots successfully hosted its first NRA FreedomFest at Dorchester Gun Shop in Grand Blanc, MI, in May. We were joined by our community partners, Michigan Open Carry and Ducks Unlimited, and enjoyed a great day in celebration of the Second Amendment!
Dorchester Gun Shop is a relatively new business, and NRA Second Amendment Activist Center, in Michigan. They specialize in boutique firearms sales promoting local manufacturing, as well as training events. With the recent attacks on the Second Amendment in Michigan, Dorchester Gun Shop rallied to the cause and stepped up to join with NRA-ILA to create an important opportunity for the Second Amendment community to come together. We are grateful for community partners that help NRA in the fight for our Second Amendment rights, and look forward to many future opportunities to work with our Second Amendment Activist Centers in Michigan and nationwide.
