On Wednesday March 20, the legislature revived Legislative Bill 1339, allowing teachers and staff the ability to carry on school grounds, through Amendment 2831 which was added to Education Package LB 1329. The bill passed to enrollment and review on a vote of 40-0 with 9 not voting. To see how your Senator voted click here.
