U.S. Representative Richard Hudson (R-NC) has reintroduced the Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act (H.R. 38). Representative Hudson, the longstanding champion of this legislation, along with more than 120 of his colleagues have sponsored this bipartisan bill to provide nationwide reciprocity for concealed carry license holders and residents of Constitutional Carry states.
The Constitutional Concealed Carry Reciprocity Act ensures that an individual has a right to self-defense regardless of whether they are at home or traveling. Given the newly elected pro-gun majority in Congress and President Trump’s commitment to sign this legislation into law, gun owners must act now!
