Today, January 8th, the West Virginia Legislature begins the 2025 legislative session. It will now take a 30-day recess until February 12th to give incoming Governor Patrick Morrisey time to prepare his legislative agenda and budget proposals.
As in 2024, the Legislature can expect to see both pro and anti-gun agendas this year. Gun owners and sportsmen throughout the state must stay actively involved to defend freedom.
