North Dakota: Pro-Gun Bills in House Energy Committee Tomorrow

On Friday, February 7th, the House Energy & Natural Resources Committee will be hearing multiple pro-gun bills at 8:30am. Please contact members of the committee directly by using the TAKE ACTION button below and urge them to SUPPORT pro-gun legislation!

HB 1296 clarifies that persons lawfully carrying a concealed firearm under both the permitting scheme or without a permit are under no duty to disclose unless directly asked by law enforcement.

HB 1352 removes restrictions on carrying in places of worship.

HB 1365 allows for concealed carry in all public areas and buildings unless they are secured with both magnetometers and armed security.
