Today the Senate Judiciary Sub-committee voted to pass House File 924, a crucial bill that lowers the minimum age to obtain certain firearm permits from 21 to 18. This bill ensures that young adults can fully exercise their Second Amendment rights, aligning the concealed carry permit age requirement with other adult rights recognized at 18.
