Louisiana: Pro-Gun Bill Advances, Eligible for a Senate Vote

Today, the Senate Judiciary C Committee voted to advance Senate Bill 101, pro-gun legislation expanding our Second Amendment rights in Louisiana. SB 101 is now eligible for a vote on the Senate floor. Please use the link below to contact your Senator and urge them to support SB 101!

Senate Bill 101, authored by Sen. Blake Miguez, ensures constitutional carriers and out-of-state concealed carry permit holders who have reciprocity with Louisiana can carry firearms in more areas across the state by eliminating some gun-free zones.
