Oklahoma: Pro-Gun Bills Head to Governor's Desk

This week, the Senate passed two pro-gun bills on the floor, House Bill 2818 and House Bill 1095. Both bills will now be transmitted to Governor Kevin Stitt's desk for his consideration. Please consider contacting Governor Stitt's office though the official website or by calling 405-521-2342 and encourage him to SIGN these bills!

NRA thanks all legislators who supported these bills as they advanced through the legislature, and all NRA members and fellow Second Amendment advocates for engaging with their elected officials.

HB2818the Private Property Protection Act, allows for the defensive display of a firearm when presented with an active threat.

HB1095 allows municipal employees to carry concealed firearms and eliminates certain gun-free zones.
