Grassroots Spotlight: GunCon 2025

The NRA had a strong presence at GunCon 2025, which was held on June 28th, in Cleveland, Ohio, with NRA-ILA Executive Director John Commerford featured as a key panelist. Speaking on the future of the Second Amendment, Commerford emphasized the NRA’s ongoing fight to protect gun rights at both the state and federal levels.

The NRA booth remained busy throughout the day, drawing in hundreds of attendees interested in pending legislation, Second Amendment Advocacy Resources, membership information and, of course, the always popular FREE gear!

Grassroots Field Coordinator, David Conte, spoke with many NRA Members and 2A supporters from across the nation. The event, which brought together all manner of firearm enthusiasts, industry leaders, content creators, and Second Amendment Activists, offered a valuable opportunity and platform from which the NRA can, will, and did, further energize its base and recruit new members. NRA looks forward to GunCon 2026!
