TODAY, February 18th, the House Public Safety Finance and Policy committee will hold a hearing on HF 3380, including a proposed "delete all" amendment that would make the bill an "assault weapon" and large capacity magazine ban. The hearing will begin at 3pm central.
Please contact members of the committee NOW and urge them to OPPOSE the "delete all" amendment by using the TAKE ACTION button below.
The proposed amendment would overwrite the previous bill language and insert an all-encompassing semi-automatic ban and set arbitrary magazine capacity restrictions.
