Tomorrow, March 5th, the New Hampshire House will vote on H.B. 1108 which would strengthen the Granite State’s self-defense laws. Please click the TAKE ACTION button below to contact your representatives and ask them to support H.B. 1108.
H.B. 1108 would broaden the circumstances where a gun owner can raise an affirmative defense to displaying a firearm in response to the reasonable belief that a qualifying crime is being committed against that person or their property. New Hampshire is an open constitutional carry state and those policies have helped make New Hampshire one of the safest states in the nation. H.B. 1108 enhances the deterrent effect that law abiding gun owners have on criminal conduct.
