John was a dedicated NRA volunteer, recruiter, and FrontLines Activist Leader (FAL) whose commitment to protecting the Second Amendment touched many people throughout central Indiana. His NRA volunteer service began at one of the nation’s largest gun shows in Indianapolis, where he quickly became known for his enthusiasm, welcoming personality, and willingness to help others get involved.
Over the past several years, John worked passionately to grow NRA membership and later became a FrontLines Activist Leader. He not only helped people join the NRA, but also encouraged them to take an active role in defending Second Amendment rights at both the state and federal levels. There was rarely an event in central Indiana where John was not present, supporting the cause he believed in.
Outside of the NRA, John was active in the motorcycle community and with Rolling Thunder. As a certified motorcycle instructor, he shared his knowledge and passion for riding with others. John’s dedication, energy, and friendship will be deeply missed, and his presence will be difficult to replace.
