Under the anti-gun leadership of the Clinton Administration appointee Andrew Cuomo the Department of Housing and Urban Development signed a deal with gun maker Smith & Wesson. The deal gave Smith & Wesson preferences in return for their signing a "code of conduct." That "code" was in fact an anti-gun wish list of things the administration had been unable to achieve through legislation. Now members of the House of Representatives are trying the have the deal undone.
