Senator Jim Seward (R-50) has introduced S 2458, which would protect firearm manufacturers from reckless lawsuits seeking to hold the industry responsible for the criminal misuse of firearms, as well as S 7088, which would prohibit counties and other municipalities from regulating hunting, trapping, or fishing.
