Legislative Bill 454, the “Concealed Handgun Permit Act,” sponsored by Representative Jeanne Combs (I-32), passed Select File by a vote of 31-9, with 33 votes for cloture. Unfortunately, LB 454 will not come up for final passage for a couple of weeks due to budget hearings.
