House Bill 2469, sponsored by State Representative Russell Pearce (R-18), a measure that seeks to reduce the penalty for CCW permit holders who carry a concealed firearm but do not have the permit in their possession, is slated to be heard in the Senate Judiciary Committee on Monday, March 5.
