Arizona: Privacy Protection Bill Sent to Governor

Senate Bill 1058 has now received final passage by the Arizona Legislature and has been transmitted to Governor Hobbs for her consideration. Please use the Take Action button below to contact Governor Hobbs and urge her to SIGN SB 1058 into law.

SB 1058 safeguards the privacy of firearm purchasers by prohibiting the use of firearm-specific merchant category codes (MCCs) by payment processors, preventing discrimination against gun owners and Second Amendment businesses by protecting their financial privacy.
