Pennsylvania: Third Hearing Scheduled for Discharge Ordinance in the Township of Upper Pottsgrove!

Please Attend the Monday, October 15 Hearing and Make Your Voice Heard!

The Board of Commissioners for the Township of Upper Pottsgrove held a lively discussion on a proposed firearms discharge ordinance. The ordinance would prohibit a person from discharging a firearm within five hundred feet of any dwelling and any other area that the Commissioners determine is inappropriate.

Despite our efforts to urge Pottsgrove Commissioners to withdraw this ordinance, the Board of Commissioners have scheduled a third round of discussions for Monday, October 15 at 7:00 p.m. in the Council Chambers at 1409 Farmington Avenue, Pottstown, PA.

Please plan on attending this important meeting. If you are unable to attend, please contact the Board of Commissioners at (610) 323-8675 to respectfully urge them to oppose this attack on our Second Amendment rights.
