Important pro-gun legislation is stuck in the House Rules Committee and it is vital that this bill be given a fair up or down vote.
Sponsored by State Senator Mark Madsen (R-13), Senate Bill 67 would allow you to keep a firearm in your locked motor vehicle while parked on publicly accessible private property as long as the firearm is legally possessed and transported, properly secured and/or in a locked vehicle, and not in plain view.
