Maryland Senate to Consider Self-Defense Legislation!

Late last week, House Bill 1060 unanimously passed out of the Maryland House of Representatives.  This important piece of legislation now heads to the Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee for consideration.

HB1060, sponsored by State Delegate William Frank (R-42), would protect a law-abiding citizen from civil liability for the personal injury or death of an individual who enters a home or place of business with the intent to commit a crime. 

It is imperative that you contact the members of the Senate Judicial Proceedings Committee TODAY and respectfully urge them to vote in favor of your right to self-defense.
