Peruta Case is Supreme Court Bound -- Help Bring Shall Issue to California

Dear NRA Member,

Now that we have secured a big win in the presidential election, NRA is working with the California Rifle and Pistol Association (CRPA) to take the Peruta case to the U.S. Supreme Court and bring “shall-issue” to California! We are also launching multiple lawsuits against Proposition 63, and against the seven new “Gunmageddon” anti-gun-owner bills that passed this year.

But we need your help! Help us fund the Peruta case as we try to bring shall-issue to California!

It takes great resources to fight for our rights in the courts. So please make a generous tax-deductible donation to the CRPA Foundation to help finance the Peruta case and other lawsuits we are planning! And consider joining the CRPA, the NRA’s official state association, if you aren’t already a member. NRA and CRPA are working together to do great things in California.

Your tax-deductible donation to the CRPA Foundation will help us win these battles!

Please stand with NRA and CRPA as we work to capitalize on the tremendous victory in the presidential election and preserve our right to keep and bear arms for generations to come!

To learn more about the CRPA Foundation visit: http://crpa.org/about-the-crpa-foundation/

A donation of $20, $30, or $50 will go a long way in advancing the litigation plan for the NRA and CRPA Foundation. Your donation will go directly to preserving your rights in California and setting legal precedent for generations to come.

Your assistance in the critical fights for our freedoms is greatly needed. We cannot succeed without your help!
