Arkansas: Urgent Action Needed – Urge Governor Hutchinson to Sign Pro-Gun Legislation

Currently awaiting the Governor’s signature is pro-gun legislation, Senate Bill 400. Please contact Governor Asa Hutchinson and strongly urge him to SIGN Senate Bill 400 into law.

While suppressor possession and use is currently legal in Arkansas, certain portions of state law could be misinterpreted. Senate Bill 400, sponsored by Senators Bob Ballinger and Trent Garner and Representative Justin Gonzales, would update that language and further clarify the legality of firearm suppressors in Arkansas.

Again, please contact Governor Hutchinson and strongly urge him to SIGN Senate Bill 400 into law.
