Fairfax, Va. - On behalf of our more than five million members, the National Rifle Association Political Victory Fund (NRA-PVF) today endorsed Paul Rose for re-election to the 32nd Senate district of Tennessee.
"Tennesseans can count on Sen. Rose to protect our Second Amendment right to self-defense," said Matt Herriman, NRA-ILA's Tennessee state director. “The NRA is proud to endorse him for re-election.”
Rose earned an "A" rating from the NRA because of his stalwart defense of the right to keep and bear arms. Rose's unequivocal support of the Second Amendment was demonstrated in his full throated public support of Gov. Lee's constitutional carry bill.
"Paul Rose is a proven friend of the Second Amendment and we encourage all NRA members, gun owners and sportsmen to vote Paul Rose on Aug. 6," Herriman concluded.
Established in 1871, the National Rifle Association is America's oldest civil rights and sportsmen's group. More than five million members strong, NRA continues to uphold the Second Amendment and advocates enforcement of existing laws against violent offenders to reduce crime. The Association remains the nation's leader in firearm education and training for law-abiding gun owners, law enforcement and the armed services.
