Yesterday, Thursday February 16th, the House of Representatives voted 64-5 to pass Senate Bill 98, a bill that removes the requirement to be re-fingerprinted for the renewal of the enhanced permit. SB 98 has been sent to Governor Kristi Noem's desk to be signed into law.
