On Friday, the Assembly Judiciary Committee will hold a work session and vote on Senate Bill 171, which expands Nevada’s prohibited persons categories for certain misdemeanor crimes. The committee previously heard SB 171 in a joint hearing. Please contact committee members and ask them to OPPOSE SB 171.
