The 2025 Seminar will include discussions of the recent cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, other key federal litigation involving the right to keep arms, recent ATF rulemakings and their legal challenges, state-level actions against the firearms industry, the NICS Background Check System, and legal ethics in firearms litigation. Our special luncheon speaker, Professor David Raney of Hillsdale College, will give an engaging talk about the historical duty to bear arms in a republic.
