The Texas NRA-ILA Grassroots Team participated in the “2025 Turning Point USA Young Women’s Leadership Summit”, held in Garland, TX. This event gathers thousands of conservative women who share a commitment to traditional American values. NRA-ILA Grassroots Field Coordinators, Nathan Cross and Kelvin Curtis, had the opportunity to provide insights into NRA programs and Second Amendment topics that attendees were eager to explore. Women are the fastest-growing segment of gun owners in the U.S., and many of the attendees at the event expressed interest in learning how they can exercise their Second Amendment rights, both on college campuses and within their communities. Nathan and Kelvin were more than happy to encourage the young women and refer them to the many programs and resources available through NRA, to educate and instruct them on these and many other related topics of interest and concern. From NRAWomen.com, to the award-winning Refuse To Be A Victim program, to Women on Target, and so much more, the Grassroots Team provided the young women with all they needed to get started, and get involved!
