Kentucky: Committee Hearing on Industry Liability Protection Bill This Week

On Thursday, March 26th, the Senate Judiciary committee will hold a hearing on House Bill 78, strengthening industry liability protections.

Please contact members of the committee directly and urge them to SUPPORT HB 78 by using the TAKE ACTION button below.

House Bill 78 provides critical liability protections for firearm industry members from third-party misuse of products they manufacture or sell, preventing anti-gun groups from filing frivolous lawsuits in an effort to bankrupt the firearms industry.
