Today, HB 3442 was signed by Governor Mark Sanford (R), thus repealing the prohibition on purchasing more than one handgun in any 30 day period. Our thanks go out to all Senators and Representatives who supported this bill, to Governor Sanford for signing it, and to NRA members and members of Gun Owners of South Carolina (GOSC), NRA`s state affiliate, who worked together to ensure passage of this critical reform.
