Mississippi Shooting Range Protection Bills Move Forward!

Please Contact the House Judiciary B Committee and
the Senate Committee on Municipalities!

This past week, the House Committee on Wildlife, Fisheries & Parks reported out House Bill 346 by State Representative Warner McBride (D-10), NRA-backed legislation protecting Mississippi's shooting ranges from local noise and zoning ordinances aimed at shutting them down.  The bill now moves to the Judiciary B Committee for consideration.  

The Senate companion bill
Senate Bill 2466, introduced by State Senator Walter Michel (R-Jackson), may be considered by the Senate Committee on Municipalities as early as next week.  

Please contact the members of both Committees and urge them to support both HB346 and SB2466.
