Senate Bill 2339, legislation expanding prohibited persons categories beyond existing state and federal law, could be voted on at any time. It is critical you contact your Senator today and urge them to oppose this expansion by using the TAKE ACTION button below. 

Senate Bill 2339 expands definitions for prohibiting misdemeanor convictions and expands prohibitions on certain protective orders beyond existing state and federal law that remove an individual's ability to purchase and possess firearms.
